PBI Provectus
A smarter way to mix gas!

The revolutionary MAP Mix Provectus uses an entirely new operating principle to advance the accuracy, operation and appearance of a gas mixer. Simple to use, highly reliable and rich in data, this mixer gives vital feedback on information such as current gas flow, total gas consumption and actual gas mix at any time.

It’s also simple when it comes to product selection ... no longer do you need to worry about inlet and outlet pressure, whether it will work with your nitrogen or oxygen generators or which gasses you need to mix. Your only decision is whether you need to mix two or three gasses ... everything else gets set up on the intuitive touch screen once you power up the unit for the first time.

Despite its very limited physical size, the MAP Mix Provectus delivers an outstanding flow of up to 1,500 l/min ... and if that’s not enough, you can bridge up to three mixers and triple the capacity.

PBI Leakmatic

Fully automated non-destructive leak detector - seal integrity of all your modified atmosphere packages is ensured When the correct management focus is put on seal integrity the benefits can easily be seen in cost reductions. A well-established quality assurance will give reduced waste, reduced product returns, reduced labour and reduced loss of machine time. Hence giving an attractive return on investment time.

PBI-Dansensor has developed a compact on-line leak system, which gives the possibility of detecting packages in complete shipping cartons. By using the CO2 already available in the MAP packages as trace gas, it is possible to test all packages shortly after they have left the packaging machine.

This test method is of course non-destructive and furthermore it is possible to test 4-6 shipping cartons per minute.


PBI CMV-2

On-line gas analyser for O2 or O2/CO2 combined, precise and non-destructive monitoring

Analyser designed for use with thermoforming and tray sealing machines equipped for modified atmosphere packaging. The analyser works by measuring the gas content non-destructively before sealing the packages. Can be fully integrated with the MAP Mix 8000 EL electronic gas mixer. The analyser ensures a uniform packaging quality in each and every package.

This is a series of gas analysers for various industrial purposes. These analysers feature two O2 alarm levels, current output with alarm setting, RS 232 etc. and complete self diagnostics.

    PBI Map Mix 8000 EL

    Electronic gas mixer for industrial applications
    - with full detection of a too low gas inlet pressure

    The MAP Mix series (MAP Mix 9000, 9001 ME and 8000 EL) is based on a proportional mixing principle especially designed for packaging machines and other industrial applications where the gases nitrogen, carbon dioxide (CO2) and oxygen (O2) are used in a 2-gas or 3-gas combination.

    The mixing principle of the MAP Mix series is very unique and can be used for all types of packaging machines, e. g. flow packaging machines and gas vacuum packaging machines as well.

    The PBI-Dansensor gas mixer is very user-friendly with high accuracy - also under conditions, usually causing problems for the repeatability of most other mixers.


    PBI ISM-3

    Industrial sensor module for O2 monitoring
    - Process analyser with low maintenance demand

    The Industrial Sensor Module (ISM-3I) measures oxygen in inert gases and CO2 and targets applications like the various types of nitrogen generators.

    ISM-3I is a digitally controlled analyser, featuring user programmable gas alarms and complete self-diagnostics with system alarms. An extremely versatile analyser with very low maintenance requirements and high reliability.

    ISM-3I features separate sensor and display boxes with user interface for easy panel mounting. This allows for mounting of the small display unit where convenient and the sensor unit can be placed out of the way.


    PBI OXI-3

    Portable oxygen (O2) indicator

    Oxygen indicator as SGI-3 but with measuring range 20.9% - 1 ppm. O2 in inert gas and CO2.
